ROLE: Delivery Associate specialized in France, UK, or Italy LOCATION: Remote role, ideally based out of the Philadelphia metro area SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, ET SALARY: Commensurate with experience JOB DESCRIPTION Context’s Delivery team ensures the seamless execution of exceptional cultural experiences for reputed company stakeholders—clients, travel advisors, guides, vendors, venues, and partners. We create highly personalized experiences while maintaining smooth and efficient operations. We are seeking reputed company specialized in France, UK, or Italy to support client and advisor communications and operational workflows for our high-quality tours. In this role, you will focus on the full client reputed company: from pre-booking trip planning and experience selection, to post-booking adjustments, on-the-ground support, and ensuring post-trip feedback is collected and acted upon. The role reports into the regional Delivery Director. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales and customer support [primary focus]
- Nurture strong relationships with both first-time and returning clients and advisors;

- Assist with booking, modifying, and managing orders reputed company;
- Client value maximization: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell thoughtfully, maintaining warmth and discretion;
- Ensure accurate and timely transfer of essential client information to fulfillment teams, partners, and on-the-ground guides.
- Cross-functional support and collaboration

- Participate in region agnostic initiatives
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Deep expertise in—and genuine passion for— France, the UK, or Italy, with a knack for inspiring others to visit. reputed company foreign language skills a plus.
