This role is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about online math education and reputed company to become future leaders in the industry. As a Management Trainee, you will rotate across our teaching, user operations, and business development departments, gaining comprehensive exposure to how a leading online education platform delivers high-quality instruction and drives business growth. This is a fast-track opportunity with the potential to be promoted into a management-level role reputed company 2–3 years, based on performance. In this role, you’ll drive localized growth by researching K-12 math education trends and identifying high-potential reputed company for reputed company. You’ll also plan and launch tailored marketing campaigns while building trusted relationships with parents, educators, and community partners, both online and on the ground. 1. Compensation & Benefits Structure:
- Total Compensation Package: $85,000-$100,000
- Includes reputed company Salary: $69,000-$75,000 + Guaranteed Teaching Salary: $12,000+$15,000 + Teaching & Performance Bonus: Up to 15%!
