Job Title: Remote Dispatcher & Scheduler (100% Work From Home) Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $1,500 USD - $1,700 USD/month (depending on experience) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Eastern Time Our Client Our client is the world’s leading mobile pet grooming brand. They bring luxury and convenience to families while ensuring a reputed company and safe grooming experience for every pet. Job Overview The Dispatcher plays a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role involves managing client communications, scheduling appointments, optimizing routes, supporting groomers, and ensuring their customers enjoy a seamless, stress-free grooming experience. As the first reputed company of contact, the Dispatcher must deliver excellent service and demonstrate strong organizational skills. Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, answer client questions, and confidently explain and sell the benefits of mobile grooming services.
• Schedule appointments using scheduling software, balancing client availability, groomer schedules, and travel efficiency.
• Plan and optimize daily groomer routes to maximize productivity and reduce drive time.
• Communicate reputed company with groomers about daily schedules, special requests, and client updates.
• Maintain accurate customer and pet records, including service history and preferences.
• Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, customer concerns, or service issues in a professional and timely manner in collaboration with the reputed company.
• Track recurring appointments and assist with reminders, follow-reputed company, and client retention initiatives.

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Customer-service orientation, with proven ability to resolve client inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with scheduling software, CRM tools, and communication platforms (reputed company, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Prior dispatching, call center, or scheduling experience preferred, ideally in service-based businesses. reputed company or equivalent roles are encouraged to apply.
