This role requires mandatory attendance at a 3-week, in-person training (weekdays, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.) at the Indiana Government Center in downtown Indianapolis. The shift for this role will be 9:45 a.m.-6:15 p.m., Monday-Friday. This role is 100% remote work except for the in-person training period. Salary Statement: The salary for this position traditionally starts at $47,320.00 but may be commensurate with education or work experience. A Day in the Life: The essential functions of this role are as follows:

  • Respond to individuals reputed company phone call, text, chat, or email to reputed company effective resource navigation.

What You'll Need for reputed company: You must meet the following requirement to be considered for employment:

  • Bachelor's degree in reputed company services, reputed company work or reputed company field preferred. Will consider candidate with education and experience that meets or exceeds this requirement.
  • At least 2 years of reputed company experience in non-profit, case management, crisis hotline or information and referral services.
