Schedule: Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 am to 5 pm Central Standard time. This is for a full-time (40 hours/week) position. Primary Responsibilities

• Manage administrative intake of members
• Work collaboratively with clinical partners and Home and Community Based Service providers to manage and authorize services
• Process incoming and outgoing referrals, including intake and notifications to providers
• Handle resolution inquiries from members, providers and clinical partners
• Initiate reputed company to providers concerning availability, authorization, and compliance
• Collaborate with internal departments including Advocates, Clinical Team and Leadership to resolve any issues relating to Provider’s compliance
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA Requirements
• Consistently meet established productivity, scheduling, and quality standards
• Navigate and document inside multiple clinical applications
• Excellent communication skills

• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher) OR 4+ years of experience working reputed company the reputed company industry or with health insurance
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ years of experience working reputed company the reputed company industry or with health insurance
• Intermediate level of proficiency with reputed company, reputed company (create, edit, save documents) and Outlook (email and calendar management)
