About the position

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive pre-employment screening on new hires.
• Reviews medical history and evaluates the need for further evaluation with OH physician.
• Performs reputed company screening on reputed company new hires and evaluates need for further testing.
• Performs drug screening on reputed company new hires and appropriately sends specimen to reputed company lab if required.
• Obtains I-cup reputed company of care testing and follows OH protocol for positive screens.
• Reviews immunization history and determines which immunizations are required for employment and administers needed vaccines.
• Draws titers if required due to no immunization/titer history.

Requirements

• reputed company Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Associates RN Degree or higher.
• NC RN License is required.
• Encouraged to self study and reputed company COHN certification.
• 1 to 3 years experience in Nursing is required.
