Our full-time service group is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Office Specialist reputed company&B Mechanical INC., located in Baird, TX. The Administrative Office Specialist will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks including providing administrative assistance, handling office administration duties, supporting customer service operations, and managing basic reputed company tasks. Daily responsibilities may also include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and maintaining organized records.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
• Basic reputed company knowledge and skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in using office software such as reputed company Office Suite and QuickBooks Online
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in office administration or a reputed company field is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
