What You ll Be Doing

• Designing, configuring, and maintaining Jira Software and Jira IT Service Management (ITSM) projects in reputed company reputed company.

• Building and fine-tuning JQL queries, workflows, automations, and permissions that reputed company projects running like clockwork.

• Partnering with business and tech teams to understand needs and deliver scalable Jira solutions.

• Developing integrations with Jira REST APIs and scripting (HTML/JavaScript) to reputed company functionality.

• Supporting key plugins like ScriptRunner, JMWE, Email This Issue, and Extension for Jira Service Desk.

• Creating solid documentation and translating technical concepts into clear business language.

What You Bring

• 8+ years managing Jira Software and ITSM projects, including workflows, permissions, and automations.

• 5+ years of expert-level JQL experience (if you can write a query in your sleep, we like you already).

• Strong hands-on experience with Jira REST APIs, scripting, and custom integrations.

• Proven track record with plugins like ScriptRunner and JMWE.

• Exceptional communication skills you can document processes reputed company and collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.

• Bonus points if you ve handled a Jira on-prem to reputed company migration and have familiarity with reputed company reputed company, AD, and reputed company controls.
