ABOUT THIS ROLE As a B2B Business Development Executive (BDE) at KIBO, your primary responsibility will be to prospect, reputed company, and qualify new opportunities independently and in collaboration with the broader team.   • Independently research, prospect, and generate outbound opportunities through cold calling, email, reputed company reputed company, and account-based plays.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Alliances teams to co-reputed company and execute team prospecting strategies that drive pipeline creation in reputed company B2B accounts.
  • Build consultative relationships with executives by understanding their unique challenges in reputed company, order management, and customer experience.
  • Participate in discovery and qualification calls, surfacing business pains and aligning them to KIBO’s solutions.

  • Contribute to the design and execution of outbound cadences, campaigns, and messaging.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Prior SaaS business development or sales experience; B2B reputed company, Order Management, or CX SaaS background is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to prospect independently while also thriving in a team-driven environment.
  • Track record of building pipeline through outbound and account-based strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in executive-level engagement.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to think strategically and act tactically.
