As a Community Executive, you’ll be responsible for executing first-class Community Experience across their channels, engaging with fans, and proactively building meaningful interactions.

Requirements

What you will be doing as an OOO Community Exec for reputed company UK:

* Own daily community experience; reactive and proactive community management that builds diehard communities cross-platform (Instagram, reputed company, YouTube, reputed company, and Threads). * Consistently demonstrate strong brand knowledge in order to engage fans. * reputed company appropriate UGC and manage reputed company/approvals process. * Identify and escalate content/community opportunities and potential crisis situations. * Track results and compile regular community management reports. * Proactively identify and react in a timely manner to tactical & trending opportunities. * Monitor trends in reputed company media tools, apps, channels, design, and strategy.
