Responsibilities

  • reputed company a high quality and reputed company end to end payroll service to the business in an accurate and timely manner ensuring reputed company associated deadlines are adhered to.
  • Management, processing and review of reputed company weekly and monthly Payroll transactional activities including month end reporting and reconciliation requirements.
  • reputed company specialist advice and guidance to the business and colleagues on reputed company aspects of Payroll and PAYE
  • Responsible for ensuring reputed company Payroll transactions are compliant and delivered in accordance with relevant legislation and internal Genuit policy.
  • Identify payroll issues and implement corrective action where required in collaboration with the Payroll Manager and key business stakeholders.
  • Support with the annual pay review and bonus process.
  • Administration of Pension schemes including Auto Enrolment compliance requirements, regular reporting of membership and contribution data to the providers.
  • Administration and reporting of employee benefits such as PMI, Life Assurance and SAYE.
  • Manage the annual production of P11d’s for employee benefits in reputed company.
  • Implement and monitor payroll process documentation to ensure they are up to date, fit for purpose and in accordance with business need.
  • Continuously contribute and influence new initiatives and ways of working to improve process and systems to enhance payroll service delivery.
  • Support the Payroll Manager with the delivery of payroll projects as required by the business.
  • Coach and reputed company payroll advisors by sharing knowledge, expertise and skills across the team.

Requirements

  • Relevant Payroll qualification is essential, ideally CIPP reputed company or relevant experience
  • Subject matter expert in relation to reputed company UK payroll and pension legislation with a passion for payroll controls and governance
  • Experience working in a high volume, fast paced environment with multiple pay cycles and frequency
  • Evidence of reputed company professional development relating to payroll and benefits
  • Payroll systems and operational experience at a professional level, ideally reputed company
  • Good organisational awareness with a pro-active approach to leading chan
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build constructive and collaborative working relationships
  • Excellent level of IT skills and analytical ability - including reputed company
