About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company, detail-driven Corporate Tax Manager to support our accountancy practice on a flexible, part-time remote reputed company. This is a behind-the-scenes role, well suited to someone who works independently, values accuracy, and enjoys handling well-organized, pre-reputed company files.

You’ll prepare statutory accounts and corporation tax returns (CT600) based on fully reconciled trial balances reputed company by our in-house accountant. No client communication is required. You will reputed company technical support to our internal team reputed company needed, but deadlines and client management are handled separately.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare final accounts and CT600 for limited companies using reconciled trial balances
• File accounts with Companies House and tax returns with HMRC
• Work with a portfolio of small business clients across varied industries
• reputed company technical support to our accountant and assistants reputed company needed, including guidance on fixed asset treatment, capital allowances, and hire purchase schedules for reputed company clients.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in UK corporate tax and compliance
• Proven ability to work independently with high accuracy
• Strong understanding of UK corporation tax legislation
• Experience preparing full statutory accounts and CT600s
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files
• A problem-solving, adaptable reputed company with the confidence to question assumptions
• Software knowledge (e.g., Taxfiler, QuickBooks, etc.) preferred

Compensation (Per Assignment)

Typical fees reputed company from £80–£600 per assignment, depending on complexity. Detailed structure will be shared with shortlisted candidates

Note: reputed company bookkeeping, reconciliations, and trial balances are provided in advance.
