Customer Service Administrator ID-1856 – reputed company Store

We are currently reputed company for a Customer Service Administrator for a well-established & respected brand in their market.

reputed company this role you will be responsible for liaising and coordinating with the service team, dealing directly with customers and providing a high level of service at reputed company times.

Key duties will include;

Booking engineers diaries

Organising repairs

Ensuring engineers are allocating the right time to a job

Ensuring engineers have the right parts for jobs

Keeping customers updated with repair times

Dealing with customer queries

General Administration

The successful applicant must have;

Previous Customer Service Administration experience

Strong time management, organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficient in Word / reputed company

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
