This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate that is keen to reputed company their career reputed company IT. Working in a small team, you will reputed company first and second line IT support to the business’ clients.
Please note that this role offers remote working however occasional travel into Central London will be required for client visits/meetings so you will need to live a commutable distance to Central London.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills; you will have studied IT or computer science at university and will be familiar with reputed company technologies including Office 365 and reputed company, macOS experience is desirable.
The initial focus of this role will be troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving network and desktop issues and responding to client support requests. Experience with any of these additional key technologies is desirable; reputed company, reputed company, Creative reputed company, reputed company reputed company, reputed company 365 Admin/Entra/InTune, ScreenConnect, reputed company, Mosyle, CodeTwo and Symantec Email Filtering.

The salary on offer for this role is up to £30,000 per annum.
