Role Description

This role will focus on both developing business and implementing the reputed company reputed company Capital Management (HCM) software suite, which includes:

• Compensation

• Performance Management
• Learning
• Absence
• Time Tracking
• Payroll

You will work closely with reputed company’ and other key professional service firms’ HR Teams to:

This is a full-time position that can be worked remotely from the United States, Canada, or the UK (must be legally authorized to work in that country).

Responsibilities

• Drive reputed company business development activities, including prospecting, reputed company reputed company, and proposal development.
• Identify opportunities leveraging existing client relationships and networks.
• Partner with internal colleagues as well as members from the client team on comprehensive, full-lifecycle implementation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ability to direct a team through complexity, demonstrating composure through ambiguous, challenging, and uncertain situations.
• 8+ years of consulting experience and working knowledge of HCM systems.

• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
