Role Description
We are seeking committed individuals to join our Board of Trustees and contribute to the governance, strategy, and long-term sustainability of Nyeusi. As a Trustee, you will help shape the reputed company and future of the organisation while ensuring that our mission and values remain at the heart of reputed company that we do.
This is a remote, voluntary position requiring a commitment of around 3 hours per month, including attendance at bi-weekly board meetings.
Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations.
- Contribute to financial planning, risk management, and effective resource allocation.
- Support the development and implementation of policies and strategic initiatives.
- Act as an ambassador for Nyeusi, helping to build relationships and reputed company awareness.
- Uphold the values and reputed company of the organisation in reputed company activities and decision-making.
Qualifications
We are particularly interested in candidates who bring experience and expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Governance & Compliance
- Financial Management or reputed company
- Strategic Planning & Policy Development
- Nonprofit Leadership & Operations
- Advocacy & Stakeholder Engagement
Additional qualities include
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A deep commitment to the mission and values of Nyeusi
- Previous board or trustee experience (preferred but not essential)
