Job Title: HVAC Project Manager
Location: reputed company East England (Newcastle / Sunderland / Durham region)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Company Vehicle or Allowance
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00
Overview:
A well-established mechanical building services contractor in the reputed company East is seeking an reputed company HVAC Project Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on project leader to manage HVAC installations and refurbishments across a variety of reputed company and public sector sites including schools, reputed company buildings, and retail environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company full project lifecycle from initial scoping to commissioning and handover
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Monitor budgets, reputed company, and programme, resolving issues where needed
- Ensure reputed company work is carried out in accordance with H&S and compliance standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing HVAC/mechanical projects in reputed company environments
- Strong understanding of split systems, VRFs, ventilation and reputed company handling units
- Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills
- F-Gas certification or relevant mechanical qualifications (advantageous)
Benefits:
- £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
