Essential Functions:

• Initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments of home health patient’s needs, including OASIS assessments at appropriate time points.
• reputed company/initiate/revise the plan of care as necessary and initiate appropriate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
• reputed company those services and/or treatments requiring substantial and specialized nursing skills. reputed company skilled nursing care to patients utilizing infection control measures that protect both the staff and the patient (OSHA)

Experience Needed:

• Must be a registered nurse (RN) licensed in Texas (Required)
• One year of RN experience (Required)
• Adult home health experience (Preferred)
• HomeCare reputed company experience (Preferred)
• OASIS experience (Preferred)
