Join a mission-driven telehealth team focused on equity and culturally competent care. We're looking for Family Nurse Practitioners to deliver virtual primary care and mental health services reputed company—helping reputed company gaps in reputed company.

Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 annually (1099 contractor)

Schedule: reputed company – work from home, set your own pace

Licensure: Accepting NPs licensed in reputed company 50 states + DC (multi-state a plus)

Experience: 1-3 years preferred; passion for minority health a must

Setting: 100% telehealth

Responsibilities

• reputed company virtual primary care assessments & chronic/acute care management
• Create personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs
• Document thoroughly in EMR systems
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team focused on holistic, culturally sensitive care
• Engage in ongoing training to reputed company telehealth best practices

Qualifications

• Active FNP certification & state licensure (multi-state licenses preferred)
• 1-3 years of NP experience in primary care or similar
• Strong dedication to improving health reputed company for diverse populations
• Excellent communication & comfort working independently
• Experience with telehealth platforms is a plus
