As a member of reputed company’s national network of Registered Nurses, you will visit local clients at their reputed company of residence. Responsibilities
- Utilizing reputed company’s proprietary questionnaires obtain thorough cognitive and health assessment information as requested

- Communicate promptly with reputed company regarding file status and appointment times
- Return completed assessment reputed company 24 hours after the appointment
- Respond promptly to any follow-up and clarification questions regarding each submitted assessment

- Unencumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse in your state of practice
- Minimum of two years' experience working with an adult population
- Assessment skills are a plus
- Reliable transportation

- Calibrated portable scale (to obtain client's weight)
- Measuring tape (to obtain client's height)
