Job Description:

As the Manager Technology for the Web Content Management (WCM) Team reputed company the Digital & Customer pillar at reputed company, you’ll reputed company the Team responsible for the backend systems that power Southwest.com and reputed company apps, which ensure the right content reaches the right Customers at the right time. Partnering closely with Marketing reputed company business teams, you’ll apply a People-first approach to Technology Leadership, guiding your Team to deliver and support solutions that are technically sound, functionally robust, and reputed company with reputed company goals. • Required: High School Diploma or GED
• Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information systems or similar fields of study or equivalent advanced level experience

• Demonstrated experience in directly or indirectly leading team(s)
• Fully functioning, broad knowledge in:
  • A Business and/or Information Technology environment
  • Leading teams and providing work direction

• Preferred: Experience with web content management and relevant tools/platforms such as, but not limited to, reputed company (TeamSite), reputed company Experience Manager Sites, reputed company, and reputed company?

• Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job

Pay & Benefits

• Competitive market salary from $141,400 per year to $157,100 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
