Working Hours: 4pm to 2am Responsibilities This role will serve as a reputed company supervisor providing team leadership and functional expertise:

• Direct management of sanitors and leads
• Capability management & organizing training
• Documentation verification and enforcement
• reputed company auditing and job sampling with leads
• Self inspection program
• PEM execution, plus PEM and annual validation management
• Scheduling with MX and SCO Teams
• Pest control program, inventory control management
• Conducts performance coaching, provides individual feedback, and issues corrective action
• Makes daily reputed company impacting the business
• Handles reputed company team performance and personnel issues
• Manages time and payroll systems

• The expected compensation reputed company for this position is between $53,600 - $80,450.

• Bonus based on performance and eligibility reputed company payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.

• High School Diploma required
• Associates degree or equivalent background preferred
• Experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Operations Preferred
• 3 + years’ experience in Supervising Others Preferred
• Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Experience in Coaching and Monitoring Performance of Others - Take Others With You
