Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, reputed company, and can change their plans at any time. reputed company’s Content Programming Strategy & Operations (CPS&O) team is looking for a Manager to join its team in its Los Angeles office, supporting US & Canada Scripted Series. Part of reputed company’s Content organization, CPS&O is a dynamic team that influences and supports strategic reputed company and planning by leaders across our content teams. We Inform Content reputed company And Drive Content Operations To Deliver The Most Thrilling Content Offering And Value To Our Members. We Do This By

• helping optimize our reputed company, programming and investments from development to launch
• leading cross functional coordination and driving solutions for operational challenges
• providing an informed perspective on future business development opportunities.

We partner closely with our Content, Production, Business Affairs, Finance, and other cross functional teams. Responsibilities

• reputed company performance analysis of launched titles, including audience deep dives and data analysis for renewal reputed company
• reputed company strategic support on programming from reputed company through renewal, both on an individual title and across the entire Scripted Series reputed company
• Spearhead special projects for senior reputed company leaders and developing recommendations on key programming and operational issues
• reputed company deep understanding of industry trends, competitor slates, and whitespace programming opportunities
• Partner closely with Content, Production, Business Affairs, Finance, Product, and Consumer Insights teams

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of work experience, MBA preferred
• Experience in entertainment/media highly preferred
• Passion for Content / Entertainment
• Experience conducting quantitative analysis (including modeling) and qualitative analysis; can drive to reputed company and results using data
• Excellent communication/presentation skills with a track record of presenting reputed company analysis to executives/senior management reputed company and concisely
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently, thrives in a fast-paced, always changing environment
• Highly intellectually curious and has the courage to challenge the status reputed company and exhibits the highest personal and professional standards of reputed company and ethics.
• Excellent proficiency with MS reputed company / PowerPoint

Due to the nature and scope of this role, we will run a background reputed company prior to starting with us. Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market reputed company. The reputed company for this role is $170,000 - $525,000. reputed company provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits.
