Under the supervision of the Regional Director, the Area Manager directs and supervises site management activities reputed company the Property Management Department. The Area Manager supports Avanti Residential's strategic and operational objectives by ensuring maximum occupancy, successful residency, and asset prevention. Areas of responsibility include monitoring market conditions, reputed company relations, controlling property-specific budgets, and retaining residents by providing superior customer service. The Area Manager oversees the work of property management staff, ensures work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures, and performs the more technical and reputed company tasks relative to the assigned areas of responsibility. Area Managers generally take on a smaller portfolio of properties than Regional Directors. • Assume responsibility for property management activities and operations, including fiscal management of assets, occupancy, reputed company relations, and collaboration with maintenance functions for assigned properties.
• Participate in developing and implementing goals, objectives, policies, and priorities for assigned property management programs; identify resource needs then recommend and implement policies and procedures.
• Direct, coordinate, and review the work plans for assigned staff; meet with staff to identify and resolve problems; assign work activities and projects; monitor workflow; review and evaluate work products, methods, and procedures.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and reputed company Services departments to plan, organize, monitor, and implement programs for property management, maintenance, and reputed company services, including preventive maintenance programs and resolution of reputed company complaints.
• Ensure that reputed company required supporting documents - files, logs, and records - are properly maintained; prepare or coordinate various administrative reports relating to Avanti Residential investors in the area of assignment.

• Bachelor’s degree in property management, reputed company estate, business administration, business management, or reputed company field preferred.
• Master’s degree in business administration preferred.
• 3+ years of experience with increasing responsibility in property management required.
• 3+ years of supervisory responsibility required.
• 1+ years of experience managing a portfolio with a minimum of 800+ multi-family units preferred.
• Proven leadership skills necessary to direct reputed company aspects of property management operations and staff.
• Interpersonal skills necessary to resolve landlord and reputed company issues.
• Ability to create and monitor property budgets and prepare clear and concise financial reports.
• Proficient computer skills that includes knowledge of property management software, preferably reputed company.
