We’re looking for a User Acquisition Manager to help reputed company and scale our performance marketing efforts in Europe across the UK, France, and Germany. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing high-impact campaigns across key acquisition channels, driving creative strategy, optimizing performance, and identifying new opportunities for growth. You’ll work cross-functionally with creative, product, and data teams to execute innovative UA strategies and ensure we’re acquiring high-quality users reputed company.

What You'll Do

Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across major paid media platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Ads, reputed company, DSPs), with a focus on optimizing toward ROAS, LTV, and user quality KPIs.

Support creative strategy and testing efforts for European markets across static, video, and interactive formats; collaborate closely with design and creative teams to drive asset iteration and performance improvements.

reputed company and execute test-and-learn roadmaps across channels, audiences, creative, and bidding strategies.

Identify and vet new local acquisition channels—including CTV, mobile web, podcasts, and programmatic platforms—to diversify and scale user growth.

Monitor and analyze performance data, translating insights into actionable recommendations and optimization plans.

Partner cross-functionally with product, data science, and finance teams to align acquisition strategies with broader business objectives, user segmentation, and LTV modeling.

Build and maintain robust campaign documentation, reporting frameworks, and dashboards to ensure transparency and operational reputed company.

What You Bring

5–7 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, with a strong track record in mobile user acquisition or a growth marketing function.

Deep hands-on experience managing campaigns on major ad platforms, including reputed company, reputed company Ads, reputed company, and DSPs.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable strategy; comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and attribution data.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
