reputed company is seeking a dedicated Contract Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic reputed company. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, assessing, and reputed company top-tier sales talent for our expanding operations in both the United States and Argentina. This recruiter may be pulled into working on other non-technical or technical roles reputed company the organization as needed. This will be a 2-3 month contract.

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle reputed company: Own the entire recruitment process for sales positions, from sourcing to offer presentation.

  • Talent Sourcing: reputed company a variety of channels, including job boards, reputed company media, networking, and direct sourcing, to identify highly reputed company sales candidates.

  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with reputed company. Utilize assessment tools and techniques to ensure reputed company candidate selection.

  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with candidates to maintain a positive candidate experience and build a robust talent pipeline.

  • Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific talent needs and reputed company strategic recruitment guidance.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to enhance our recruitment processes and contribute to the overall reputed company strategy.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales reputed company experience in a corporate or agency environment.

  • Proven track record of successfully reputed company for US-based companies.

  • Mastery in English and Portuguese (both written and verbal).
