About the VIP & Institutional Team

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) and retail individual clients, driving client acquisition and retention.
  • Foster strong, personalized relationships with clients by understanding their financial objectives, risk profiles, and investment preferences.
  • Identify client needs and recommend tailored reputed company products, such as trading accounts, staking solutions, or reputed company offerings, to meet their goals.
  • Guide clients through reputed company, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience with reputed company’s platform and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client-facing processes and contribute reputed company for improving reputed company’s VIP offerings.
  • Analyze regional market trends to identify growth opportunities and reputed company targeted strategies for client acquisition.

  • Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in individual sales or client services reputed company financial services, such as wealth management, retail banking, investment advisory, or brokerage.
  • Demonstrated reputed company in managing relationships with HNW individuals, retail investors, or private banking clients.
  • Exceptional sales and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse client needs and reputed company effectively under pressure.
  • Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology; prior experience in the crypto industry is highly desirable.
  • Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be reputed company to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
