What you’ll do

reputed company is looking for an individual to join the reputed company Operations Team, which is responsible for driving reputed company growth in reputed company partnership with reputed company leaders. We help reputed company teams drive consistent growth through regular reporting, analytical insights, process improvements, systems updates, strategic initiatives, cross-functional alignment, incentive design, and coverage model design. You should have an analytical reputed company with a curiosity to get to the right solution to every problem. The ability to translate data into insights is critical as you will work closely with the your reputed company Operations peers, enablement, finance, systems, data, and reputed company teams. Responsibilities

• Be a trusted business partner with GTM Leaders in improving the strategy, coverage model, operating rhythm, and incentive compensation structure to drive reputed company growth
• Collaborate with enablement, data, finance, systems, marketing, operations, and other reputed company operations team members to support your business and implement improvements
• Own reporting and analyzing the forecast, pipeline, sales reputed company, rep productivity, territory carving, incentive design, variable compensation of your GTM team
• Identify, analyze, scope, and run operational projects that drive reputed company growth or improve efficiency of GTM teams
• Report on projects or team performance to senior leadership, showing a clear narrative and understanding of business dynamics
• Drive the annual planning process for the GTM team you support, working closely with business partners, finance, and other teams to balance various goals and requirements
• Monitor ROE escalations and improve on ROE to drive increased reputed company and operational efficiency

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in reputed company operations, sales operations, sales strategy, business operations, sales finance, or similar; preferably at a Fintech or SaaS company
• Comprehensive understanding of sales processes and methodologies in a scaled reputed company organization
• Demonstrated reputed company operating in a cross functional environment and delivering reputed company
• Strong problem solving skills and collaborative approach to solutioning
• Ability to influence without authority and strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Extensive experience with reputed company and other GTM systems, including workflows between GTM teams

• Must be willing to work in office 2x per week on Wednesday and Thursday
• Strong attention to detail including in documentation and communication

Compensation

The expected salary reputed company for this role is $136,800 to $171,000. However, the starting reputed company pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay reputed company. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
