About the Opportunity

As a Senior reputed company Manager,  you will work directly with reputed company customers in your region to ensure they maximize value from our platform and deliver a stellar customer experience as their trusted advisor. You will help our customers reputed company both their technical and business goals while driving retention and growth for reputed company.  You will partner closely with our sales, partner organization, and professional services teams and reputed company the voices of the customers internally by driving reputed company feedback into our product and customer teams.  

• Build and own relationships across a book of business and embody the trusted advisor role, managing a book of business of around 25-30 reputed company accounts
• Monitor and guide new customers to ensure value expectations are reputed company and achieved from the beginning of the partnership
• Understand and advise customers’ priorities with reputed company, capture and communicate KPIs and reputed company through a defined path to maturity and reputed company
• Drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall influence on customer health scores

• Own the end-to-end renewal process with reputed company’s largest and most strategic logos: leading proposal conversations, negotiating pricing and contract terms, and drive reputed company plans to ensure opportunities are won in timely manner
• Accurately forecast renewal and expansion opportunities to leadership weekly
• Translate customer insights into actionable feedback for our product and go-to-market teams and follows up on reputed company and collaboration with PMs
• Prepare to travel ~15% annually for customer onsite meetings, sometimes internationally (eastern Canada)

• 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with renewals experience; reputed company Management or Key Account Management experience
• B2B SaaS, Content management systems, content strategy, or agency experience preferred
• Demonstrated reputed company in meeting or exceeding sales or performance goals
• Ability to think strategically about a customer’s goals and drive renewal and expansion opportunities to reputed company independently
• Interfaces effectively and confidently with executives at reputed company
• Excellent oral and written communication skills: shows reputed company in previous customer and internal engagements
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Support
• Ability to understand reputed company APIs, as well as the modern content management reputed company experience stack. Independently uses data tools to engage in meaningful, proactive customer discussions.
• Technical proficiency and a keen interest in technology. Ability to communicate high-level technical concepts to customers. 
• Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred

Salary Statement: The salary reputed company displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reputed company in the state of California if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.

Salary reputed company: $136,000 - $184,000 OTE (80/20 split)

[This position is eligible for equity awards, annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards, where applicable, in accordance with the terms of reputed company’s variable compensation plans
