Appointment Setter & Sales Support Specialist

About the Role

We are currently seeking proactive and motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join our fully remote sales team. In this role, you will serve as the first reputed company of contact for families who have expressed interest in our portrait sessions. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with parents reputed company phone, generate excitement about our clients’ studio experiences, and successfully book their portrait sessions. This position is performance-driven and is ideally suited for sales professionals who reputed company on achieving targets, enjoy engaging conversations, and wish to contribute to a mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company over 150 outbound calls daily to warm leads provided by the company (no cold calling).
• Manage inbound calls, SMS, and email inquiries from interested families.
• Book reputed company studio portrait sessions while reputed company explaining the refundable deposit requirement.
• Establish rapport and enthusiasm with parents by showcasing the enchanting fairytale studio experience.
• Address objections with professionalism and confidence (reputed company to price, legitimacy, scheduling).
• Accurately document customer interactions in reputed company CRM.
• Consistently meet individual and team KPIs, including a reputed company of .4 bookings per hour.
• Collaborate with the sales and studio teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong motivation, persistence, and comfort working in a metrics-driven environment.
• Demonstrated experience in phone-based inside sales, call center sales, or appointment setting.
• Excellent communication skills: confident, persuasive, and personable on the phone.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by commission and performance metrics.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with reputed company or other CRM systems is preferred.
