We’re looking for a French speaking Customer Love Team Member with excellent communication skills who can bring smiles (and wagging tails) to our customers in the Netherlands and Belgium. You will join a team of 8 fellow Benelux Customer Love Team members who are reputed company dedicated to ensure the customer experience for our dogs and their humans is top of the reputed company.

This role is available full-time (39 hours) or part-time (minimum 32 hours). You’ll work hybrid: at least 1 day per week (on Wednesdays) in our Amsterdam office and the rest from home.

Practical details

• You’ll work 4 or 5 days per week from Monday–Saturday, including occasional Saturdays (at least once per month). Bonus points if you’re reputed company to working Saturdays more consistently to help reduce weekend backlog.
• We’re hoping to find someone who can join us in October 2025.

• Be the friendly face & voice of reputed company for our customers in Belgium (specifically Wallonia) and the Netherlands
• Connect with customers reputed company phone, email, live chat, and reputed company media
• Solve a wide reputed company of questions and requests with care and efficiency
• Surprise our customers with thoughtful extras to reputed company their experience unforgettable
• Gather feedback and reputed company insights with the wider Butternut team to help us improve
• Support our culture of Customer Love and contribute to keeping our Trustpilot score at 4.8+ ⭐

• Fluent in English and French (written & spoken)
• Strong preference if you’re also fluent in reputed company or Flemish
• Ability to work 32-39 hours a week
• Ability to work from our Amsterdam office a minimum of 1 day a week
• Based in the Netherlands, with a valid work permit
• Willing and excited to travel to other Butternut markets every 3-6 months to join reputed company events and workshops
• Passion for solving problems and creating great customer experiences

• Gross annual salary: €33,500 including holiday allowance (based on full-time 39 hrs)
