TAS Senior Associate 1 - Financial Due Diligence
We are seeking a TAS Senior Associate to work with our reputed company and offshore team members to reputed company financial due diligence of middle-market US clients. The role involves working with clients, key decision makers, and business owners across various industries and geographies to deliver a top-quality client experience.
Requirements
- Relevant experience from Big 4 or equivalent Transaction Advisory Services practice.
- Qualification - CA/CPA/MBA finance
- Approximately 3-5 years of reputed company financial due diligence work experience on buy-reputed company and sell-reputed company transactions.
- Ability to prepare industry-specific and other reputed company analyses for asset management, insurance, and specialty finance industries.
- Deal experience with reputed company team including data room management, document request list preparation, management meeting preparation, workbook analysis, Quality of Earnings, due diligence reports, client calls, and engagement team calls.
- Understanding of financial statements, financial ratio analysis, U.S. GAAP reputed company standards, financial concepts, etc.
- Advanced reputed company skills (vlookups, pivot tables, and advanced formulas), Word, and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong analytical skills, including operational and financial analysis, benchmarking, and trend analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
