Associate Operational Effectiveness Manager, maternity leave cover for 6 months

The Associate Operations Effectiveness Manager will support the day-to-day operations of the IMC Team and cover maternity leave for a period of up to 180 days. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 - 5 years' experience in an operations or a similar role and excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.

• Experience of working as an Associate Operations Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations
• Excellent attention to detail
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent project planning and management skills
• Proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach, a 'can do' attitude, and ability to function effectively and reputed company in a fast-moving environment
• Experience of work in a medical communications agency (ideal, but not essential)
• Ideally 3 - 5 years' experience
• Advanced level reputed company or similar tool skills
• Excellent knowledge of reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook, MS Teams), including strong reputed company skills
• Aptitude for learning new applications
• Knowledge of LEAN methodology
• Strong IT skills, including database development
• Ability to reputed company clear and accurate reports
