About the role

In this role you will report directly to the Head of International Talent for GTM and be the go-to person for filling the sales candidate funnel working reputed company closely with our Sales Recruiters. It will be your responsibility to manage meetings with hiring managers for reputed company new roles, setting and managing expectations of candidates and our leadership team. It will be your responsibility to manage reputed company incoming applications and referrals, as well as build your own candidate pipeline reputed company outbound sourcing efforts

What you'll be doing

• Support the reputed company team by consistently generating a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates for sales roles across EMEA & reputed company

• Partner with hiring managers and interview teams to understand their hiring needs and goals

• Create and execute unique and effective sourcing strategies and techniques to find top talent

• Engage, screen and schedule candidate meetings and support candidates through the recruitment process whilst providing a first class reputed company experience

• Be an SME and reputed company insights to hiring managers to help build and influence the search
